MHD

I declare today to be an MHD: Mental Health Day. Every so often I shrug it all off and take off to the beach---alone---and call it an MHD. Those of you who have been checking in know it's much needed...the events of the past month have sucked me dry and I need to hear the sounds of the ocean.
