Funny Friends

If you've read the post Flying Solo, you'll know I went to battle with a bee and it was fierce. I ended up winning, but barely---the bee was relentless---and just would not give it up.
Of course, after analyzing my performance, I realized that every time I hit the bee, which was on my bed...the bee just sunk into the mattress and therefore wasn't really getting the full benefit of my wailing process. Of course, it all makes sense now.
Yesterday, I saw a friend for lunch who brought me an impromptu gift. It's actually a beautiful compact mirror with a...BEE...on top.
She thinks she's funny.
